Very Berry trifles are the perfect mix of a kind of cake, custard-like, fruit and whipped cream combo. It hits all the of the taste buds perfectly.
- 1 Bottle Very Berry Mojo
- 16 oz vanilla yogurt Greek preferably
- 4 tsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 1 ½ cups blueberries rinsed and dried
- 1 ½ cups angel food cake torn into small pieces
- 1 ½ cups strawberries thinly sliced
In a blender (or with an immersion blender), combine the yogurt, canna-oil, blueberries and honey. Place 1/3 of the blueberry-yogurt mixture in a bowl and keep in the fridge.
Divide the angel food cake among the four bowls. Pour the un-refrigerated 2/3 of the blueberry-yogurt mixture over the cake. Freeze.
Remove from the freezer and top with the sliced strawberries. Top with the remaining blueberry-yogurt mixture. Freeze again until firm.
At serving time allow the trifle to sit at room temperature for about 5- to-10 minutes.
*Each teaspoon of Mojo is equivalent to 42 mg of THC. Half a teaspoon would be 21 mg etc split evenly between each piece of cake. Dose your cake mix accordingly.
