When blueberries are in season, nothing beats a delicious blueberry smoothie. Especially this Very Blueberry Mojo Smoothie with a mix of berries and loaded with vitamins and phytonutrients.
- Mellow Vibes Very Berry Mojo
- 6 oz of blueberries
- 2 oz of blackberries
- 2 bananas
- ¼ cup almond milk (add more to cater to taste)
- 2 tablespoon non-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon (divided) chia seeds, garnish
Add bannanas, blueberries, cinnamon and almond milk to blender, and blend until all the ingredients are smooth. Then, add the yogurt, coconut oil and honey. Blend again until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a splash more of almond milk to cater to your preference and then blend again.
At this point, you can add your Mojo. Each teaspoon of Mojo is equivalent to 42 mg of THC. Half a teaspoon would be 21 mg etc. Dose your smoothie accordingly.
Pour the smoothie into a mason jar or glass. Top with another dash of cinnamon and ½ tablespoon of chia seeds per glass.
